This year as the brand Synergy TV Soca Star approaches its seventh year, we are making this installment of the show a year with a difference! The show has indeed stepped up so much from then to now that we would like to make this season the one of Evolution, as we are also adding a few new features to the show, which its main objectives are to provide enhancement and improvement to the brand that is Synergy TV Soca Star. To start we will be introducing viewers to a new host, this new host is a young, upcoming radio personality who will also be breaking out into a new forum of entertainment so this is another highlight in conjunction with the new cast members for this season. As we try to maintain Synergy TV as a forum to showcase young, upcoming talents. There will also be a slight change amongst the judges as we are now recruiting the services of some of the established artistes along with a prominent music producer in the industry; together with some "old" faces but again all adding a twist to this season. In addition to some of the existing elements there will be a series of new challenges; whereby the newcast will have various training sessions, team building initiatives and Soca Boot Camp.
